Essential Question
 An essential question may be unanswerable within the time frame of a lesson. However, it is used to stimulate big ideas that are thought about over time and it creates a critical and authentic rational for teaching and learning. For example: Does critique guide the creative development of art student into artist?

Provoking Questions
For example: How will students use critique to reflect on a piece of art?

 Cited by indicators and descriptors

Content Area Standards
 (if applicable) These standards will most often be found with arts integration projects.

Direct Instruction
Directions and demonstration, narration of questions and strategies, description of modeling and motivation that provokes students into guided practice.

Assessments
These relate to Objectives Attach instruments used to assess whether objectives were met, and/or describe evaluation.

Clean Up
 Clear expectations for student participation and how it will be organized.

Materials
 List all art media and tools. Describe how they will be distributed.


Lesson Objectives

Modifications
 For students with exceptionalities and extensions or further applications for the project

Vocabulary and Visual Provocation
 Indicate the terms, artists, principles, visual examples, or special media to demonstrate at the start of the lesson

Technology
 How will technology be used to increase student achievement? What tools are used? How are the tools used?

 Cite all references including videos, texts, posters, web links
